Antique Pewter Effect Silver Log & Kindling Buckets with Matchstick Holder – 3 Piece Metal Fireside Set with Cut-Out Lettering

Keep logs, kindling and long fireside matches neatly organised beside your fireplace with our Antique Pewter Effect Silver Log & Kindling Buckets with Matchstick Holder. This coordinated 3 piece metal fireside set combines practical hearth storage with a softly aged pewter effect silver finish and distinctive cut-out lettering, creating an attractive alternative to traditional black fireside accessories.

The set includes a generously sized LOGS bucket, a smaller coordinating KINDLING bucket and a tall cylindrical MATCHES holder complete with long fireside matches. Designed as three separate pieces, they can be arranged together beside the hearth or positioned individually around your fireplace, wood-burning stove or log burner to suit the available space.

Three Coordinating Fireside Storage Pieces

Each piece has been designed for a specific fireside essential. The largest bucket provides dedicated storage for logs, while the smaller bucket keeps kindling separate and easy to reach when preparing or maintaining a fire. The coordinating matchstick holder provides a convenient place for long fireside matches, helping to keep the essentials together without relying on one large storage container.

Because all three pieces are separate, the arrangement can be adapted to your hearth. Group the complete set together for a coordinated display, position the LOGS and KINDLING buckets on either side of a fireplace, or place the MATCHES holder closer to where it is most convenient to use.

Distinctive Cut-Out Lettering

Bold lettering is cut directly through the metal of each piece, clearly identifying LOGS, KINDLING and MATCHES while forming an important part of the design. The openings created by the cut-out lettering stand out against the antique pewter effect silver metal, making the wording a prominent decorative feature without the need for printed labels.

The LOGS and KINDLING buckets also feature deep sweeping openings at the front. These curved open sections provide easier access to the contents, while cut-out side grips formed directly into the metal give the buckets practical lifting points without adding conventional protruding handles.

Antique Pewter Effect Silver Finish

The metal has a softly aged pewter effect silver finish rather than a highly polished or mirror-like appearance. Its muted metallic tone gives the set a softer, more understated appearance than highly polished silver, while subtle variations in the surface complement its handcrafted construction.

The aged silver-toned finish works particularly well alongside black fireplace surrounds, wood-burning stoves and other metal fireside accessories, while also coordinating naturally with pewter, silver and neutral decorative details. Its understated metallic colouring makes the set equally suited to traditional hearths and more contemporary interior schemes.

Designed for Logs, Kindling & Long Fireside Matches

The large LOGS bucket has a broad cylindrical shape and deep curved front opening, providing practical storage for firewood beside the hearth. The smaller KINDLING bucket repeats the same design on a more compact scale, helping you keep smaller pieces of wood separate and ready for lighting the fire.

The tall MATCHES holder completes the set. Its slim cylindrical shape takes up very little floor or hearth space, while the open top keeps the supplied long fireside matches accessible. Vertical MATCHES lettering is cut through the front of the metal to coordinate with the two larger storage pieces.

What's Included?

• 1 × large antique pewter effect silver LOGS bucket
• 1 × smaller antique pewter effect silver KINDLING bucket
• 1 × coordinating antique pewter effect silver MATCHES holder
• Long fireside matches supplied in the matchstick holder

How Large Is Each Piece?

The LOGS bucket is the largest piece in the set, measuring approximately H30 × W33 × D33cm. The coordinating KINDLING bucket measures approximately H21 × W23 × D23cm, while the MATCHES holder measures approximately H24 × W7 × D7cm including the matches.

The graduated sizes allow the three pieces to sit comfortably together without taking up unnecessary space, while the 33cm width and depth of the largest bucket give the set enough presence to create a substantial feature beside a fireplace or stove.

Will the Three Pieces Need to Be Kept Together?

No. The LOGS bucket, KINDLING bucket and MATCHES holder are three separate pieces, so you can arrange them in whichever configuration works best for your fireplace and available hearth space. Keep all three together for a coordinated look or separate them while retaining the matching antique pewter effect silver finish throughout your fireside area.

Where Can I Use This Fireside Set?

This 3 piece fireside storage set is designed for positioning beside indoor fireplaces, wood-burning stoves and log burners. Its combination of dedicated log storage, separate kindling storage and a coordinating holder for long matches makes it particularly useful where you want the main fire-lighting essentials organised and within easy reach.

The antique pewter effect silver finish also provides a lighter alternative to traditional black fireside storage, making it easy to coordinate with silver-toned fireplace details, antique pewter accessories and a wide variety of neutral interior colour schemes.
