Our approach also includes working with suppliers and delivery partners who share similar environmental values wherever possible. As part of our ongoing commitment, we continue to review ways to reduce operational waste, improve recycling practices, support recyclable packaging solutions and minimise unnecessary landfill contribution across our business.
Responsible delivery and returns also form an important part of our approach. Where possible, we encourage customers to check their goods carefully while the delivery driver is still present, helping reduce unnecessary repeat journeys, replacement deliveries and additional collections. If an item does need to be returned, we ask that products are sent back in their original packaging, helping reduce avoidable packaging waste and unnecessary additional materials.
