Delivery fees
Click Style offers free standard delivery on all orders over £50 to mainland UK. Orders under £50 will incur a delivery fee of £3.95.
We can deliver to non-mainland UK and Ireland, however, we calculate delivery on a per order basis. Please contact us for more information.
Delivery times
Most orders will be delivered between 3 - 5 working days, unless specifically stated as a longer lead time. We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

At Click Style, customer service is at the heart of what we do. We communicate with our customers to ensure delivery dates and times are transparent.
Returns, refunds & cancellation
We really hope you will be delighted with your purchases, however, we do realise that occasionally this may not be the case.
Cancelling your order
If you have changed your mind and your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us with your details and order number and we will cancel and refund your order.
Faulty or damaged goods
If there is a problem with some, or part, of your order e.g. an item arrives damaged or is faulty, please report this to us via our contact form within 48 hours of receipt of the item.
We will arrange, and cover the cost, for a courier to collect the item(s) to be returned. Where possible, we will offer a replacement or alternative item. If a replacement or suitable alternative is not possible, we will refund you for the returned items in full, including any standard delivery fees paid.
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind and would like to return an item for a refund, you must let us know within 14 days of receipt of the item. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.
Please note that you will need to cover the cost of returning the goods. If you choose to use our collection service, the cost will depend on the size and weight of the items and will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to return the items directly to us, we advise using a reputable postal service with insurance and obtaining proof of postage.
