Medium White Ribbed Decorative Floor Standing Vase with Stone-Effect Finish – Textured Fibrestone Display Vessel for Faux Flowers H38xW32xD32cm

Bring tactile texture, softly distressed colour and a substantial rounded form into your home with our Medium White Wash Fibrestone Floor Standing Vase with Ribbed Texture. Measuring H38 × W32 × D32cm, this decorative vase combines a broad rounded body with curved shoulders, a short neck and wide opening, while irregular horizontal ribbing gives the surface its distinctive handcrafted character. A distressed white wash allows warm natural tones to show through beneath, creating the appearance of an aged stone-effect finish that works particularly well in neutral, rustic, coastal and contemporary interiors.

Made from 100% fibrestone and weighing 3.6kg, this medium decorative vase offers enough presence for styling at floor level while its more compact proportions also make it suitable for larger console tables, sideboards and other sturdy surfaces. Display it empty as a sculptural decorative piece or use the wide opening for artificial flowers, faux foliage, dried grasses and decorative branches.

A Versatile 38cm Floor Standing Vase

At H38 × W32 × D32cm, this medium vase has a broad footprint in relation to its height, giving it a substantial rounded appearance rather than a tall, narrow profile. Its 32cm width creates visual presence without requiring the additional floor space of our matching 49cm large version, making it a useful option for smaller corners and more compact areas of the home.

Its proportions also give you more flexibility when deciding where to display it. Position it directly on the floor beside one of our Armchairs & Accent Chairs, alongside a Sofa or within an empty corner. Its more compact 38cm height also makes it suitable for styling on a generously sized Console Table or one of our Sideboards & Storage Cabinets, where its textured surface can be appreciated more closely.

Distressed White Wash Stone-Effect Finish

The white wash finish is deliberately distressed rather than perfectly uniform. Warm beige and natural brown tones remain visible through areas of the surface and around the raised detailing, giving the vase its softly weathered stone-effect appearance.

This combination of white and warm natural colour makes it particularly easy to introduce into neutral interiors. Pair it with pale woods, linen, stone, cream and beige for a light tonal scheme or position it against deeper wall colours and darker furniture where the textured white finish can provide greater contrast.

Horizontal Ribbed Texture & Rounded Form

Irregular horizontal ribs wrap around the rounded body, creating layers of raised texture and emphasising the vase's generous curved shape. The ribbing is intentionally organic in appearance rather than sharply uniform, complementing the distressed surface and helping give the vase its tactile character.

Above the ribbed body, gently sloping shoulders lead into a short neck and substantial rounded rim. The wide opening provides room for fuller dry or artificial arrangements while still allowing the vase to work as a decorative object when displayed completely empty.

Why Choose a Fibrestone Vase?

Fibrestone is particularly well suited to decorative pieces where texture and substantial form are an important part of the design. On this vase, the material helps create the tactile, stone-effect surface while allowing the distressed white wash and warm underlying tones to become part of its character.

The vase is made from 100% fibrestone and weighs 3.6kg, giving this 38cm design a reassuringly substantial feel. Its textured finish, horizontal ribbing and softly irregular surface are all important features of the overall appearance rather than a perfectly smooth or highly polished finish.

Designed for Artificial Flowers, Dried Stems & Decorative Branches

We recommend showcasing faux flowers and its generous opening and rounded proportions make it particularly well suited to dry arrangements. Try tall artificial foliage for additional height, dried grasses for a softer natural look or a small arrangement of decorative branches for a more sculptural display.

You can also leave the vase empty. Its rounded shape, horizontal ribbing and distressed white wash give it enough visual interest to work as a standalone decorative piece without requiring an arrangement.

Important: This Vase Is Not Waterproof

This decorative fibrestone vase is not waterproof and should not be filled directly with water. It is intended for artificial flowers, faux foliage, dried stems, grasses and decorative branches rather than fresh flowers requiring water.

Where Can You Position This Medium White Floor Vase?

Its H38 × W32 × D32cm proportions make this one of the more versatile sizes within our floor standing vase collection. Use it on the floor in a living room, bedroom, hallway or dining area, position it beside furniture or introduce it into an empty corner that needs additional shape and texture.

Because this medium version stands 38cm high, it can also work particularly well on a substantial console table, sideboard or storage cabinet where a larger floor vase may feel too dominant. If styling it with tall stems or branches, remember to consider the overall height and spread of your arrangement as well as the dimensions of the vase itself.

Is This 38cm Vase Right for Your Space?

Before ordering, we recommend checking both the height and footprint against the area where you intend to display it. The vase measures 38cm high and requires approximately 32cm of width and depth, so allow sufficient clear space around its rounded body rather than judging suitability from height alone.

If you plan to add artificial foliage, dried grasses or decorative branches, allow additional space above and around the vase for the arrangement. For floor-level styling, its 38cm height creates a lower, more compact display than the matching large version, while positioning it on furniture naturally raises the overall arrangement within the room.

Medium or Large – Which Size Should You Choose?

This medium vase measures H38 × W32 × D32cm and is the more compact of the two matching designs. Choose it if you want the same distressed white wash, rounded form and horizontal ribbed texture in a size that can work both at floor level and on larger pieces of furniture.

For greater height and a broader footprint, our Large White Wash Fibrestone Floor Standing Vase with Ribbed Texture measures H49 × W38 × D38cm and creates a more substantial floor-level statement.

The two sizes can also be positioned together where space allows, creating a coordinated display with contrasting heights while retaining the same colour, texture and rounded design.
