Soft Beige Putty Finish with Natural Woven Detail

The painted finish has a warm beige putty colour, sitting between soft beige and muted stone tones rather than appearing cool grey or bright cream. Its understated colouring allows the natural texture of the woven banana leaf baskets to stand out, while contrasting black metal knob handles add definition to the two drawer fronts.

As banana leaf is a natural material, variations in the fibres, weave and colouring are part of its character. Individual baskets may therefore differ slightly in appearance, giving each piece subtle natural variation.

2 Drawers & 4 Woven Banana Leaf Baskets

Six individual compartments provide a useful combination of concealed and easy-access storage. Arranged as two baskets across and two baskets high, the four woven compartments give this design a greater proportion of basket storage than the wider coordinating unit. Pine Wood Construction with Banana Leaf Baskets

The unit is constructed from 60% pine wood, 30% MDF, 5% banana leaf and 5% zinc alloy. Pine wood forms the principal material within the furniture construction, with MDF also incorporated into the piece and natural banana leaf used to create the four removable woven baskets.

Two contrasting black metal knob handles complete the upper drawers, adding definition against the warm beige putty finish and complementing the natural tones and texture below.

At 70cm high and 76cm wide, with a relatively shallow 33cm depth, this storage unit is particularly useful where additional organisation is needed without the width or depth of a larger chest of drawers or cabinet.
