Where possible, we will dispatch the goods and a tracking number will be provided. We will of course share this information where applicable to your order. Most deliveries will be next day, however orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands can take an estimated 2-3 days, unless specifically stated as a longer lead time. We will endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the size of the product, we may have to restrict some goods to Mainland Great Britain.
Two-Man Delivery (large items: certain products require a two man delivery service due to the nature or size of the product. The lead time for these items is approximately 2 weeks. Delivery is to ground floor only for insurance purposes. The following postcodes will attract a surcharge; BT (all postcodes), HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV (all postcodes), KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA20-78, PH17-50, ZE (all postcodes). These surcharges will vary based on the location and price charged to us by carriers. The system will not automatically charge this surcharge so we will notify you of any applicable charge once your order has been placed. You will have the opportunity at this point to confirm whether you wish to continue with your order.

All small and medium items are sent on a next working day delivery service with carriers such as DPD and UPS. All large items are collected by a specialist handling company and are taken back to their depot. From there, the carriers will contact you to arrange delivery. It is estimated this process will take 2 weeks. When placing your order, it is therefore important to leave a contact mobile phone number to ensure the carriers can contact you via text or call to arrange a delivery where possible.
Please note, we are not able to send Large items to these postcodes; BT (all postcodes), HS (all postcodes), IM (all postcodes), IV26-99, KA27, KA28, KW (all postcodes), PA15-78, PH19-50, ZE (all postcodes).
We do not deliver to any international locations or the Channel Islands.
Please ensure you can be available to take delivery of your product or input an address for delivery where someone can be present for example a neighbour, work address or relative. Please inform us if you are unavailable on the suggested delivery date and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative.
We will attempt to deliver your goods to the delivery address stated when ordering. If the goods are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company, we will refund the price of the product(s), less delivery costs incurred by us, plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company. Late cancelled orders, where the item has already been dispatched to the courier will incur a charge to redeliver the goods back to us.
It is our customers’ responsibility to check that the goods ordered by you, will fit through relevant internal and external access points of the address provided. We hold no responsibility for goods not fitting in the premises and any rework or restocking fees will be payable by our customer prior to final delivery. A delivery charge may be applied if the delivery team are required to use more specialist equipment than the standard two-man team. For this reason, we ask you to contact us at email@example.com if you are in any doubt about product size and accessibility to the premises and our customer service team will be happy to advise you accordingly.
Best efforts will be made to ensure the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect. When receiving a delivery, we ask that you check the items thoroughly, to ensure they are not damaged, are as ordered and the correct quantity, before the delivery driver departs, this allows easy return in the rare event of damage. Goods damaged by the customer will be payable by the customer together with a further delivery charge.
We take full responsibility for any damage found during inspection only upon delivery. If you do not have the opportunity to check the goods upon delivery, we allow 24 hours after signing for the goods for damages to be reported to us - claims for damages outside of this time period will be rejected.
Any delivery or collection date quoted is a genuine estimate and shall not be legally binding on us. Click Style Limited will not, in any circumstances whatsoever be liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as (but not limited to), economic loss, loss of profit, charges caused or the consequence of delay or delivery.
